2. Site Purpose

Обнова Баштине is a non-profit initiative dedicated to:

• Cataloging Serbian cultural heritage sites in need of restoration
• Educating the public about the state of cultural heritage
• Promoting preservation and restoration of monuments
• Connecting the community interested in cultural heritage

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Browse the interactive map of locations
• Use location data with proper attribution (CC BY-SA 4.0)
• Suggest new locations for addition
• Submit photos of cultural heritage sites
• Share content on social media
• Use data for educational, research, or media purposes

You may NOT:

• Use the site for illegal purposes
• Send spam, malicious code, or viruses
• Steal the site's intellectual property (design, logo)
• Automatically scrape data without permission
• Send offensive or inappropriate content
• Abuse contact forms

4. User Contributions (Content)

Location suggestions:

When you suggest a location, you confirm that:

• Information you send is accurate to your knowledge
• It does not violate anyone's rights (privacy, authorship)
• You allow us to use the information under CC BY-SA 4.0 license

Photographs:

By submitting photos, you confirm:

• You are the photo author or have the right to share it
• The photo does not violate anyone's rights (copyright, privacy)
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it
• You retain all your copyright
• You agree that the photo will be published under CC BY-SA 4.0 with your name

Note: We reserve the right not to publish content that does not meet our quality standards or is not relevant.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. For all disputes, the competent court is in Belgrade.
