The Обнова Баштине (Heritage Renewal) website is dedicated to preserving and promoting Serbia's cultural heritage. Our content is available to the community under an open license to enable maximum distribution of information about sites that need restoration.

Location Data

License: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)

What this means:

• Free use: You can copy, distribute, and use location data
• Commercial use: Commercial use is permitted
• Adaptations: You can adapt and build upon the data
• Attribution: You must credit the source - "Обнова Баштине (obnovabastine.rs)"
• Share-Alike: Adapted content must be published under the same license

Example of proper attribution:

"Data sourced from Обнова Баштине (obnovabastine.rs), available under CC BY-SA 4.0 license"

Photographs

User-submitted photos:

• Copyright: Remains with the photo author
• Site license: User grants us non-exclusive display rights
• Attribution: Author's name is displayed with each photo
• Removal: Author can request removal of their photo

Photos from external sources:

• Photos from Wikipedia are used under their licenses (typically CC BY-SA)
• Source and license are indicated with each photo
• We respect the copyright of original authors
